Sizing is way off

The sizing on these Gymshark biker shorts makes no sense. My waist is 63cm, and according to the size guide, an XS is meant for a 66cm waist. Based on that, I sized down to XXS expecting it to fit properly. Instead, the XXS was ridiculously tight—to the point where it was uncomfortable and completely unwearable.
