• Underwear, swimwear, bottles and shakers are also non-returnable across all stores.

Yes! Gift cards will be available to purchase during The Gymshark Sale, however, will not be offered at a discounted rate.

There may be a chance that you experience a queue during checkout. In this instance, please do not refresh the page as this will lose your place in the line.

We'll get you through as quickly as possible, but please note that waiting times during the first few hours of the sale, could be up to 45 minutes.

Once an order is placed, you’ll be able to cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. However, you won’t be able to edit or change your the order placed. In this instance, the best thing to do in if you make a mistake (and don’t want to/or are unable to cancel), is to wait for delivery and return anything you don’t want.

Due to stock availability within our warehouses, your order may be dispatched in separate packages on different days. Don't worry! You'll receive an email from our Customer Support Team, alongside new tracking information for your remaining items if this is the case.

If an item you've ordered goes out of stock, the item will be refunded and any remaining items will be dispatched. As always, we'll let you know of any new changes to your order by email. Please note that refunds can take between 5-7 business days to arrive in your account.

Yes! You'll be able to cancel your order within the first 15 minutes of placing it, if needed. You can do this either via your order confirmation email, or, by logging into your GS account: locate your order and then press the ‘cancel order’ button

If you have placed multiple orders, we're unfortunately unable to combine these; each order will be dispatched separately.

We always try and dispatch orders on a 'first come first serve' basis. However, due to the BTS operations at our warehouses, unfortunately, we're not always able to do this.

Yes! You'll be able to opt for express shipping when checking out during sale.

At the time of ordering, the best current delivery options for your region will be displayed at checkout. If for some reason express delivery isn’t an option, unfortunately this means that we're unable to offer the service at the time of your order.

As soon as your items have been shipped, you’ll receive an email titled “Your Gymshark Order is on its way” containing your tracking link so you can follow your orders journey right to your hands! We know that waiting for your goods to be delivered can sometimes feel like a lifetime, but please be patient as we deal with high numbers of orders, we aim to get your items shipped out to you as quickly as possible.

Yes! Athlete codes will give their usual 10% discount whilst the sale is live. Support your favorite Gymshark athlete by heading to their social media channel and finding their athlete code to use (hint: it's usually their first name).

FYI: Only one discount code can be entered at checkout, therefore an athlete code can't be combined with a student code.

You betcha! All items across all regions can be returned within the usual 30 day return period.
