Lifting Pump Pants

I usually wear S or XS depending on the fit and design. This pants was HUGE and extremely unflattering, unfortunately. I LOVE the pattern but hated the fit and material. This is defs an oversized fit. I am usually a size 8 in pants, so M/L usually works for me (I'm new to gymshark and am not sure which size I would normally fit in with this brand).
