honestly way bigger than necessary and doesnt have enough compartments for its size. however with it being so big it does mean you can fit everything you need in it belt, wraps, pre workout, shirts, shoes, etc. my biggest gripes are that it doesnt have enough pockets/ compartments and that there isnt an area for your sweaty shirts.
