Shrunk after 2 washes

The shirt was great out of the bag. Wasn't bad the 2nd time but the length of the shirt has definitely shrunk up.

worth it with reason

it is comfy and is true to size. it is a little bit cropped at the bottom but not terrible i find it provides enough bag to look good and fits well to work good if that makes sense. it is made out of a mixture with polyester which can make you sweat easier but if your sessions are 45mins-1 hr 20 i think you should be fine.
