Very high level of support! Looks very cute and is well-constructed. Only lost a point because it is a little tight; there is room to adjust it so I would suggest if you're in between sizes, size up and adjust it accordingly.

Rigidly uncomfortable

Found the bra to be uncomfortable - rigid and inflexible, therefore not fit for (workout) purpose. Returned it.
