If you haven't already heard: Gymshark Lift events are back, and this season, we're heading to NYC to bring a new generation of lifters together.
This September, the Pier 36 in Manhattan, New York, will turn into a hub of everything that matters in our world. In addition to the usual apparel drops and exclusive merch, you'll find PR cages, athlete meet and greets, competitions, outdoor basketball courts and so so much more.

WAIT. WHAT IS A GYMSHARK LIFT EVENT?
Gymshark Lift events are the place where the Gymshark Community comes together to celebrate not just the culture of lifting, but the future of the sport. From a selection of workshops that have been designed to help you up your numbers, to meeting your favorite athletes, taking part in competitions, seminars and having the opportunity to win a number of prizes, each Lift event is different, but it's always the hub where the Gymshark Family meet.

IF IN DOUBT, JUST WANDER.
Designed to bring athletes of all disciplines together while allowing them enough space to (you know) do their own thing, #LiftNYC introduces a number of new exclusive zones to its event space.
Each zone has its own character and its own special attractions: from PR cages and a full-size basketball court to a retail area that will house exclusive and custom product, this is unlike anything we've ever done before.

GENERAL ADMISSION
Please note that you will need a general admission ticket to attend #LiftNYC. This will grant you access to the main event space, free train zones, and meet and greet areas.

Sometimes the best hype for some heavy lifting is watching others rip a few PRs. Designed to get the adrenaline pumping, 3 PR cages will touch ground at Lift NYC: our athletes will be attempting some big numbers themselves, but the floor is open to all...

Across the two days, we had a number of professional photographers capturing every moment of the event: the smiles, the tears, your 1RM (and you can bet we also captured the faces you made as you pushed or pulled the weight to achieve it). When Are Tickets For Lift NYC Live?
Tickets for #LiftNYC will be available to download from July 30th via Gymshark Central, or Eventbrite.
Does A Ticket Mean Guaranteed Entry?
Heads up - our LIFT events do get pretty busy. As safety of the Gymshark fam is always our top priority, we may need to switch to a ‘one in, one out’ policy if the venue reaches full capacity. Best bet is to get there early to make sure you guarantee your place.
Is There An Age Restriction To Attend a Lift Event?
There's no age limit for general admission, but if you wish to take part in any add-ons: seminars/workouts, you'll need to be over the age of 18!
Are Lift Events Beginner-Friendly?
Gymshark Lift events welcome EVERYONE - from beginners to workout veterans. We have a number of seminars for you to learn, and a variety of workouts for you to then put everything into practice.
And if you don't fancy doing a workout? No stress. Grab a general admission ticket and take it all in - from brand partner activations to exclusive apparel drops, immersive zones and more. There's something here for every kind of lifter... even the rest-day kind.
Are There Changing & Shower Facilities At Lift Events?
We'll have a number of changing rooms within our pop-up store area for you to try apparel on before you buy!
Unfortunately, there won't be any shower facilities available.
Will The Event Be Accessible For Those In A Wheelchair?
Yes! The venue itself is wheelchair accessible. Please note, however, that due to parking at the site being unavailable, there unfortunately isn't any accessible parking at LiftNYC.
Are Dogs Allowed?
The question we knew you all really wanted to ask...
Dogs are allowed to attend this particular Lift event - all we ask is that they're kept on a lead and that they're a big fan of Gymshark.
