Although tight, the high-stretch fabrics used for this second-skin feel offer the flexibility and freedom of movement needed for physical activity.

We recommend taking your usual size in our compression-fit garments as they are already designed with a body fit. You can also find adjustable cord waistbands on some of our pieces so you can alter the fit around your waist if required.

Do You Wear Underwear With Compression Shorts?

The quick answer is no, but of course, we’ll give you the reason why. Compression-fit garments should be on the skin, so if you wear underwear under them, it may be quite uncomfortable as it can create chafing and sweating and the advantages of the compression could be reduced. So yes… it’s time to go commando.

Is It Okay To Wear Compression Shorts In Public, Or Should You Be Wearing Shorts Over Them?

Go for it. Compression-fit shorts are not underwear, so you won’t be scorned for wearing them in public. They are very tight-fitting though, so if you don’t feel comfortable with that, and feel a little exposed, feel free to wear a pair of loose shorts or over-the-top or longer shorts to hide your goods. Just be discerning here, it’s probably not the best idea to rock up to an engagement party in them (just the stag do).

How Long Should You Wear Compression-Fit Shorts For?

It’s fine to wear compression fit-shorts all day, but you can wear them purely for the duration of your workout, or wear them for a few hours after if you find it helps with your recovery.
